What is a Base Account?
Menfess base accounts originated from the Indonesian Twitter roleplay community in early 2010s, where users would submit anonymous messages to be posted on base accounts, at that time still manually sent by the admins. People would mention the username of the message's receiver and confess their feelings towards the receiver anonymously on these base accounts, coining the term menfess (mention and confess).Menfess base accounts later gained popularity outside the roleplay community and has now become a widely used staple among Indonesian Twitter communities. The term "menfess" also gradually lost its original intended meaning and is now an umbrella term for the submitted anonymous messages. You can easily spot a menfess base account by the specific keywords used to tag submitted messages, commonly referred to as 'triggers'. Third-party bot services have also been developed to assist the operation of these base accounts by posting submitted messages automatically, hence the term autobase account.

Violations that bypass this rule and will be given permanent ban on first attempt:
